Registration – WFSF XXV World Conference

Join us at the WFSF XXV World Conference, 25-27th October 2023 at the École des Ponts Business School, Paris, France. Two full days, two days of pre-conference activities, five separate halls of programming involving world-leading thinkers, ground-breaking keynotes, scientific papers, panels, workshops, open debate and networking. Tickets for the conference are available from the 7^th of June. Registration deadline is October 12^th midnight (Paris time).
Early bird prices are: Member/Partner/Student ticket: 150 USD; Non-member ticket: 250 USD; Institutional/Sponsor ticket: 1.500 USD, and they are valid until 25^th August, 2023. We have extended the early bird registration with 10 days, to be aligned with the conference paper acceptance notifications.
After the 25th August, 2023 the tickets will cost the following: Member/Partner/Student ticket: 200 USD; Non-member ticket: 300 USD; Institutional/Sponsor ticket: 1.500 USD (unchanged). All prices are in USD.

Tickets for the conference are sold out. We have a full house for the in-person event, but you can still join us online – it is free, only registration is required. We will have a 72 hours almost non-stop program, from Tuesday midnight to Friday midnight CET, part streamed from the in-person event, part fully virtual.

For students, who are currently enrolled in a higher level educational institute.

Institutional/Sponsor ticket (DEI)

For long-time members of WFSF and the futures community who would like to support the conference and the Federation. It includes a ticket for one person, and logo placement on conference materials. This ticket directly contributes to our diversity, equity and inclusion fund, supporting WFSF fellows and members to participate in the conference.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by September 12th, 2023 midnight (Paris time): Refund of conference registration less 50 USD cancellation fee, for all types of tickets.
Cancellation after September 12th, 2023: No refund of any fees. Substitutions are welcome.
