Eng. Thamer AlQasimi is the Executive Director of special projects and Partnership (since 2019), he looks after 5 main ECD programs (Policy Making, Child protection, Family & caregiver support, Human Capital, and outreach & Partnerships). He recently (2022) completed the Senior executives program with London Business School sharpening his capabilities in leadership, governance, strategy, change and impact. He Gained a greater understanding of duties, responsibilities and governance of board directors through the flagship program of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (2012). He has master’s degree in software engineering from USA and MA in Strategic and National security Affairs from UAE.
