Kristiina Paju works as a Futures Coordinator in the Southwest-Häme educational federation of municipalities/Forssa Vocational Insitute since 2021. She is enabling and facilitating futures dialogues and workshops among students, staff, and businesses alike according to the organisation’s three values of: 1)being a frontrunner, 2)sustainability, and 3)community spirit.

Kristiina has an M.Soc.Sci in Futures Studies with a minor in Sustainable development from the University of Turku/Turku School of Economics (Finland) and BBA in International Business (Turku University of Applied Sciences, Finland) and B.A. in Education (Tallinn University, Estonia) which help to fully utilise cross-disciplinary approaches to futures education and innovation. She is originally from Estonia but has been living in Finland for the past 13 years. She has also been volunteering as a judge for the NGFP’s Young Voices Awards for three years in a row to inspire and uplift young leaders!
