I have extensive experience in qualitative and participatory foresight methods and processes to build a shared understanding of alternative futures. My current research focuses on strengthening future thinking skills and assessing them on an individual,
organisational and societal levels, combining foresight, developmental evaluation and education. I also teach futures guidance to adult learners.
