Narcis Heraclide is a doctoral candidate at the University of Poitiers, France, exploring the potential transformation of organizations towards inclusive futures during reasonable accommodation processes for workers with disabilities. Before that, he graduated in urban governance at Sciences Po Paris, France, and authored on inclusive urban resilience, which specifically aims at anticipating future crisis and developing capacities to overcome them.
