Roumiana Gotseva
Roumiana Gotseva has broad international management consulting experience in the areas of corporate strategy, strategic foresight and organizational change for Fortune 500 companies (PepsiCo, Kraft, Cadbury PLC, Marriott International, BP, Kellogg, General Dynamics, to name a few) and intergovernmental agencies such as UNESCO, UN Global Pulse, Climate-KIC, Resilience Frontiers/UNFCCC, FAO, and the European Commission. She is candidate UNESCO Chair in Creative Anticipation & Transformative Leadership.
Roumiana is founder and Managing Director of the Center for Strategic Foresight, helping organizations navigate change and complexity. Roumiana was elected member of the Supervisory Board of International Asset Bank AD in 2016.
A Ron Brown fellow, Roumiana holds an MBA from University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, an MA from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, and has completed the post-graduate program in Studies of the Future at the University of Houston. She is currently pursuing her professional doctorate in Creative Anticipation and Organizational Change at Hult Ashridge Business School, UK.
