Siv Helen Hesjedal is a professional futurist working as a partner for foresight and business design at the design agency These Ways in Bergen, Norway. Siv has worked as a senior futurist for Themis Foresight in Germany and spent 18 years working in the South African public sector.

Her academic background includes an MPhil in Futures Studies and a MA in Sociology. Siv has published books chapters and reports and is a member of the organising committee for the WFSF Nordic conference on the Futures of Democracy in Iceland in 2024.
