Eric Ward works with government and mission-driven organizations on foresight, anticipatory regulation, and law reform, He was previously the senior director of foresight at Policy Horizons Canada and most recently the Assistant Commissioner of Ontario’s independent data protection agency. Eric has held executive positions in the federal Government of Canada relating to legal risk management, machinery of democratic government, and reform of information and privacy laws. Eric holds degrees in civil and common law from McGill University.
