Columnist for Época Negócios, TedX Speaker in Portugal (2012), Brazil (2014) and Uruguay (2015), with almost a thousand lectures given Lala has a background in the cultural sector before becoming a strategic advisor and designer of innovation journeys for organizations that want to bring the future to the present.

She advises startups, companies, governments, and multilateral organizations leaders on how to first create their desirable futures and then implement it through the combination of new economies and collaborative structures.
In 2008, an award from the Spanish Cooperation resulted in the Crie Futuros (Create Futures) Movement, where thousands of desirable futures were created in ten countries encompassing a wide range of themes. One first result was her book Desirable New World.

Fluxonomy 4D was applied to the preparation of leaders and in the design of solutions for the future mainly in Brazil and other Ibero-American countries.

She lives between Brazil and Europe,and keeps lecturing and implementing innovation journeys for companies, cities and territories engaged in the implementation of new entrepreneurial and organizational models based in coordination, collaboration and use of available non-monetary assets.

Her last book is Novas Economias Viabilizando Futuros Desejáveis (2019) and she has also participated in a diversity of publications and articles
